How to prepare and cook Buckwheat Wrap

Preparation
Soak on water 400 grams of Buckwheat for 6 -12 hours
Rinse thoroughly on a cold water
Put on a bowl together with equal amount of water
Blend and mix until it forms like a batter

Cooking
Prepare Hot pan on a medium heat
Put batter on a pan ( cooking like pancake) spread thinly and evenly

You can enjoy Buckwheat wrap for Breakfast, Lunch or dinner.
